EXHIBIT INFORMATION:

8’ x 10’ Booth Area

3’ x 6’ Table

2 Chairs

1 Waste Basket

Audio/Video needs are available at cost

Booth Assignment will be assigned first come, first served basis

Cost of Booth:  $250.00 (Includes: 2 people, Luncheon for two days, continental Breakfast, Morning

                                         and afternoon breaks.)

Special room rates are available for attendees/exhibitors of $122.00/night.

Committee members will be available for on-site Exhibit payments.

Set-up of booths will begin on Sunday, April 20, 2008 from 1:00 pm. - 8:00 pm 

Booths will open at 7:30 am on Monday and Tuesday and will close at 5:00 pm.

Exhibits will close on Tuesday at 5:00 pm.

We do encourage raffle, giveaways, etc. Winners will be announced at the evening banquet.
